With the rapid development of the Internet, the requirements of video conversion business have become high increasingly, while accelerating the process with the triple play, video conversion business on the computer network, telecommunications network and cable TV shows significant features about the data to quantify the sea, multi-platform co-exist, coding standards and diverse. However, the traditional way of video conversion is lacking in terms of efficiency or versatility. Cloud computing is a model of business computing, which derived from the commercial scientific computing mode. In many aspects, in order to meet the needs of video conversion services, it provides a new solution.This paper describes the basic concept and history of cloud computing, and then we analyzed several applications of cloud computing model. In both clouds computing architecture level, Iaas layer Eucalyptus and Paas layer Hadoop, I combine the characteristics of mass video conversion business, and consider the characteristics of cloud computing architecture, the paper design a cloud platform of massive video conversion.In this paper, I design and implement architecture and features of a cloud platform of massive video conversion, Include:cloud control layer, cluster control layer, control layer and virtual network. For the feather of massive video conversion business, I design business processes of the cloud platform.As we know, if we want to achieve resource scheduling capabilities at two cloud computing architecture levels, virtual machine scheduling and task scheduling video, and the cloud platform can operate efficiently, reliable, stably, which must need to implement three important mechanism:dynamic resource handling, fault-tolerant mechanism for handling the task, the platform error handling mechanism. This paper design and implement the four core modules of the cloud platform:service scheduling module, task processing module, dynamic processing module, the message processing module. The four modules ensure coordination and cooperation platform so that the Cloud platform can operate normally.Finally, in the network environment of my lab, I set up and implement the cloud platform, test, and verify the validity and correctness of the cloud platform.
