In recent years, with the development of information technology which with core of computer technology, combining with the computer technology, medical diagnostic techniques have been widely used. Computer digital image processing technology has become a powerful tool for medical diagnosis. In the field of medical diagnosis which combined with the computer technology. Microscopic image of cells in the computer analysis has always been one of the areas in which Chinese and foreign scholars interested. This is because the microscopic image of cells in the treatment requires a large amount of manual work. In particular, the traditional cells identification and statistical work, the task not only large, but also as a result of human negligence, it is easy to make mistakes.This article describes a microscopic cell image recognition system, which based on 6410 embedded platform, because of the small size, low energy consumption, embedded platform are widely used in intelligent terminal devices. The system used the classical Hough transform algorithm to detect the circular cell in the microscopic image. Hough transform algorithm mapped the characteristics points of the image space to the parameter space. Through counting the peaks in the parameter space, we can determine the parameters of the graphical analysis equation. In order to improve the accuracy of the recognition of round cells, before the cell recognition, we use of the image sharpening technology based on the edge. Sharpen the edge of images to improve detection accuracy. And make the experimental results better.This system supports distributed computing. Allow multiple devices running analysis algorithm at the same to calculate the aggregate results and transform the results through Zigbee wireless network to the PC server. In order to achieve efficient data aggregation operation, the system uses a conflict-free data aggregation scheduling algorithm to achieve efficient data aggregation.
