The sensitive data of OA system is mainly researched and discussed in this paper, ensure the normal operation efficiency of the system and gain higher security. The proposed method is easy to realize and achieve better cost performance than other safety strategy.Focus on the security threats of OA system, a new method with higher security and higher encryption speed is adopted. In this paper we base on symmetric cryptography and asymmetric cryptography, and make full use of the advantages of them to form the hybrid encryption. The proposed method base on the DES encryption algorithm, improve the arrangement of S Box, make the layout of S Box has close relationship with the key, and optimize the ECC encryption algorithm, make improvement in selecting security elliptic curve with the pretreatment of polynomial algorithm. So the hybrid encryption algorithm has better performance. The sensitive data security measures of OA system should be divided mainly into three pieces, the database security, the data communication security, the file storage security. As the database is important and especial we use mixed encryption algorithm, the DES is used to encrypt plaintext, and the ECC is used to encrypt the keys. According to the data may be stolen in communication channel, the sensitive data is encrypted, then be transferred, making the data have greatly security. In the server of OA system, for files are searched by many users, some important information may be leaked. In the face of the security threat the file storage encryption is adopted in this paper, the sensitive files stored in the form of ciphertext in servers, ensuring the safety of files.
