This paper, dedicated to Software Reliability study and realization of optimal allocation. A comprehensive analysis of the series system, parallel system, based on the importance and complexity, based on the failure rate analysis, architecture approach and AHP-based software reliability allocation method, and so on, analysis and discussion of the Reliability Constraints Cost minimization, Budget Constrained Reliability maximization, Budget Constraints Utility Maximization, three software reliability allocation optimization model. this article describes the application of genetic algorithms solving the functions problem, introduce harmony search algorithm, and study and improve the genetic algorithm and harmony algorithm to a combined algorithm, test and verify the improved effect using De Jong function, and finally for their participation in the office automation project, the use of Quantitative systems-level analysis of the relative importance of the size of the module, through the optimization model, the improved optimization algorithm is successfully applied to the reliability of software systems into distribution, It has real meaning of operational and practical engineering.
