Study On Safety Education Management Information System Based On Struts2

With a highly developed information technology, safety management information system has been widely used in business safety production and supervision management of every responsible institution. This paper analyses the current theory and application of safety management information system. In the context of innovative talents training of safety and safety technology innovation, the author proposals of building a"Safety Education Management Information System"on a foothold by safety personnel training and research project management, this make the study scope of "Safety Management Information System" extends to the teaching and scientific research institutions of safety.On this base, the article discusses the theory of development of management information system in detail, and analyze and to establish the systems development of key technology in accordance with the actual development requirements: System will integrate the Spring framework based on the Struts2, and use ExtJS for the interface. Then taking the Liaoning Engineering Technology University of Science and Engineering, Security as a template, working from the system requirements to functional modules design, then working from the logic structure design of system to the database detailed design, finally working from the build of system development environment to programming. This completely builds a"Safety Education Management Information System"base on Struts2.The system is a fully functional web application, which includes module of safety information collection, module of information of research achievements, module of scientific literature retrieval, module of information publishing, module of organization management, module of personnel management, and module of teaching resource management and safety forum functional modules. Module of information of research achievements and scientific literature retrieval achieves the function of query and statistics. Module of safety information collection preliminary explores a profession search engines of safety. This module set up a safety topic filter,which use the vector space model to ensure the relevance of crawled pages and use the best-first search algorithm to speed up the Spider crawling time, finally, use the bidirectional matching method and least-segmentation method achieve a Chinese word segmentation and establish a inverted index. Module of teaching resource management achieves the sharing of teaching resources. The safety forum provides a communication platform for all users of the system. The using of safety education management information system would provides a more effective mean for safety personnel training and research project management of the teaching and scientific research institutions, which would promote the teaching and scientific research institutions for training excellent talents and providing more advanced technology.
