Doppler Velocity Log is a precise instrument, which is used to measure ship's velocity and accumulate its voyage on the theory of Doppler effect. With the rapid development of maritime technology, the requirement of precision is also increasing. This often requires lots of tests in the filde.On the purpose to reduce test equipment and test cycle and the cost,the article is based on A/D andD/A card,using LabWindows/CVI platform language designs Doppler debugging platform display and control software. It mainly consists of two parts, multi-channel phase meter modules and Doppler Log simulator modules.It could test the performance and improve the productivity of the equipment.Multi-channel phase meter functions is mainly on purpose to adjust synchronization of Doppler Velocity Log's receiver actually received the signal between each channel. It is used to assess the performance of Doppler Velocity Log system. Signal simulator produce echo signals,which could test hardware and software algorithms for more comprehensive.The article mainly uses three common algorithms to compare the signal phase that is collected from different channel.It included phase measurement based on the correlation method, FFT method and adaptive Notch filtering method,then the article use three ways to make the simulation analysis.At the same time, research data acquisition, storage, and echo-free signal generation flash functions such as implementation.Debugging platform was tested to verify the function of the Software to achieve the desired design goals.
