The mission of production scheduling is to make the specific processing path, time, machine and operation sure for every processing object according to the production goals and constraints. Good scheduling strategy has a great role in improving the optimal of the production systems and economic benefits. Chinese pharmaceutical shop scheduling is the application of production scheduling in special environment of the pharmaceutical industry which need to consider the production technology, production equipment, environmental requirements, management methods and so on to make a reasonable production scheduling program.First, the status and characteristics of the production scheduling in Chinese pharmaceutical companies are analyzed from the actual business based on the research of the scheduling theory and method of production. Chinese medicine pharmaceutical production scheduling problem belongs to the typical Job-Shop scheduling problem. At the same time, the genetic algorithm is analyzed and explained with the most widely use in the Job-Shop scheduling problem. And genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the Chinese medicine pharmaceutical production scheduling problem. Second, the basic principle and design process of genetic algorithms are analyzed. And the important parameters and the genetic operators to algorithm have been researched and designed. Also the feasibility of the method is verified through the test. Advantages and disadvantages of the genetic algorithm in solving Chinese medicine pharmaceutical scheduling is analyzed. Third, in view of the shortage of the genetic algorithms in application process, according to the biological immune system information processing mechanism the appropriate immune operator combined with genetic algorithm is proposed to solve production scheduling problem that immune genetic algorithm is a kind of new algorithm has the advantages of genetic algorithm and immune algorithm. Immune genetic algorithm improve the fitness of antibody population, genetic operator guarantee the diversity of antibodies, the population of degeneration phenomenon which is effectively prevented by immune selection through the immune operator. Finally, the constraint conditions of the practical production is studied based on Chinese medicine pharmaceutical production scheduling problem. Immune genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the Chinese medicine pharmaceutical production scheduling problem. The feasibility and effectiveness of solving the problems of the Chinese medicine shop scheduling is verified through the simulation experiments. Solving the problem of Chinese medicine shop scheduling through the immune genetic algorithm is much better than the simple genetic algorithm compared with the genetic algorithm.
