Chinese traditinnal medicine extraction is one of processes of chinese medicine pharmaceutical, chinese traditional medicine extraction purpose is to extract ingredient, avoid drug ingredients loss and invalid composition dissolution. Because of chinese traditional medicine extraction is in a closed container, mostly through experience judgment without an extract real-time detecting technology to judge extraction, it influences extracting TCM extraction effect, also caused the waste of resources.Electrical capacitance tomography technology in detecting sealed container number of flow has had many applications, it is through measuring objects around the surface electrode to calculate the capacitance between object interior permittivity distribution of technology, the electrical capacitance tomography technology can resolve the above investigation and the difficulty of chinese traditional medicine extraction.This dissertation is calculated that suitable for chinese traditional medicine extraction image reconstruction algorithm, chinese traditional medicine extraction requirements for high accuracy and real-time, so is required imaging speed, image is clear, the polynomial algorithm can speed up imaging velocity accelerated, and Guass-Newton-NLSOL algorithm to solve during the process of imaging size of residual problem, and improves the image quality. This dissertation used Guass-Newton-NLSOL and polynomial accelerated algorithm combination method applied in chinese traditional medicine extraction.This dissertation chooses solid-liquid two-phase flow as the research objects by tests, using continuous reflux extraction method of realization of salvia miltiorrhiza ethanol extract salvia miltiorrhiza particles, establish the sensor's working principle and mathematical model with 12 electrical capacitance tomography system for tools. Conducted a series of simulation experiment, and compared with the linear back-projection algorithm and the traditional polynomial accelerated image reconstruction algorithm, and the experiment results show that this method has a high quality imaging and small error, etc. A simulation example shows that the algorithm has solved the residual problem, and it has good stability and convergence, suitable for chinese traditional medicine extraction process.
