With the rapid growth of traffic information in computer networks, it speeds up operating of the business users and shared of information resources. But at the same time the data are also varying degrees of destroys, or tampered, or copied, data security has been seriously threatened. Information systems security has become a strategic problem of affecting social stability and national security. So, how to complete security transmission of information in computer network has been one of the study subjects in recent years. Data encryption is a core of information security.The most famous standard symmetric key encryption is DES(Data Encryption Standard). But with computer technology developing, the shortcomings of DES are exposed. The master key length is too short, so that it affect its Privacy strength. In addition, DES algorithm is fully open, its security is totally dependent on the protection of the key. So it is not used alone in the network environment. How to improve the vitality and Energy of DES algorithm, let it more secure and reliable in network environment, it has becoming the urgent solved question. For this reason, unfold the research task.This paper prime task studies one kind of new DES encryption algorithm——DES encryption algorithm based on chaotic sequence. It's though that using chaotic sequence produces the original binary encryption key stream. Next, it combines with the Plaintext to produce encryption key, completing data encryption of 16 rounds. At last, it produces Ciphertext. This algorithm's encryption keys are more randomness, and for related with the Plaintext, encryption keys change in the entire process. So security and anti-deciphering of DES algorithm is strengthened, and it improves the flexibility of the algorithm.Next, though analyzing the algorithm, the new improving algorithm is made for its shortcomings, such as lack of space for keys, confusion, and encryption speed. Four Logistic chaotic sequences are used, produceing the establishment of a binary key matrix. Next, binary original stream A and D are selected from it. Under the speed of protection, this encryption algorithm expands space of the parameter, and improves the whole complexity of encryption algorithm, ciphertext of the confusion. The runnig results prove the correctness and effectiveness of DES encryption algorithm based on chaotic sequence.
