Image Restoration Method Research And Its Application Based On Probability PCA

Nowadays, with the rapid development of computer and multimedia, image gradually becomes important channel for people accessing information. However, during the process of access and transmission image, it will be unavoidably interfered with some reasons and make quality's degradation. Therefore, restoring distortion image is particularly important. And direct result of image restoration would effect on its following work. Predictably, the image restoration is very important in practical significance.In the system of study analysis about image restoration at home and abroad in recent years based on the research results. Based on study and analysis recent research achievements at home and abroad on image restoration, it mainly focuses on solving image restoration problem based on probabilistic principal component analysis algorithm. This article firstly introduces and summarizes related theory foundation about image restoration in detail, including its background, basic principle characteristics, development state and its role, and so on. Then the basic model is given for image restoration problem with the basic algorithm structure. This paper discusses its difficulty for solving the problem. Then discussed the probabilistic principal component analysis principle and its major applications, then analyzes its significance to image restoration filed. In review of present existing methods'problem for image restoration, chapter four proposes a new image restoration method based on probability principal component analysis, and apply it to remote authentication system.To demonstrate superiority and feasibility of new method, extensive experiments are developed to simulation, and new method is compared with the original ones, the results showed that the new method has very good effect in improving the quality of degraded images.
