With the rapid development of Computer Science and the internet being commonly used, virtual reality Science became really useful in communication field, and its going to be the best technology in computer science. Virtual Reality system is well and widely used in different fields, it gives people a brand new way to experience the new technology. Virtual reality system appears to be a new way of interaction of people and computers. It not only makes participants fully enjoy the fictitious environment that the computer makes, but also provides the direct way of communicating among all the objects in the virtual environment. Interactive projection system, a non-immersing virtual reality system, is the further development of Virtual reality system.At first, the constitution, characters and type of Virtual reality system are first introducing, it focuses on a kind of Virtual reality system-interactive projection system more. It researches the constitution, theory and system's interactive devices of interactive projection system; after that, it devise a kind of virtual tourism system, it focuses on the realization of model based on 3DMAX more; and then researching the collision detection in virtual reality system, it works out two algorithms of bounding box collision detection. The research of collision detection based on AABB bounding box SAP algorithm and the research of collision detection based on OBB bounding box tree, the two algorithms filter collision objects effectively; At last, introduce the whole design method of fishpond Interactive projection system, Then the collision detection based on AABB bounding box SAP algorithm are used in the system.
