This subject comes from the technological development project "The electro-hydraulic servo control system of multi-point loading machine in structural test", this kind of system is used to test the continuous structure by loading pressure. It can be controlled by different way. It can be manual control, electro-hydraulic control and computer control, in order to reduce the impacts of the complex condition in test process, and in the teaching process it can be shown step-by-step. This paper takes this as background studied the control system of multi-point loading machine by Lab VIEW, achieve the control functions of the loading machine based on the computer technology.In this paper the core hardware of the control system is the industrial PC, combined with data collector, send the signal of the pressure sensor into the PC to deal with the data, after the calculation and analysis of control algorithm, the control signal will be send out by the data collector, and then amplified by the proportional control amplifier, to control the opening of the proportional electromagnetic valve, then the pressure can be controlled.Because the test subjects of the multi-point loading machine is the continuous concrete beam, and the proportion of the concrete composition is different, so the concrete beam is a uncertainty factor, and once the stress is too high, the test beam may be destroyed, the experiment can not succeed. To achieve good control effect, the selection of the control algorithm, the single neuron algorithm combined with the traditional PID algorithm-the single neuron self-adaptive PID algorithm is used in this paper. It has small overshoot, fast response speed and high stability, and can meet the requirements of the control system.In the control software, the graphics language-Lab VIEW is used in this paper, its unique graphical module designing, makes the development of software becomes convenient and quick, greatly shorten the development cycle, and easy maintenance and upgrade. We can get better user interface by using the LabVIEW, and user-friendly.After the experiment and debugging, the control system of multi-point loading machine can basically meet the control requirements, and get a good effect.
