Research On Privacy Protection Based On Association Rule Algorithm

Firstly, this paper comprehensive overview the relevant technology and application of privacy protection, Systematic analysis of the progress of the some research institutions at home and abroad, for the current privacy defects of mining algorithms, such as data protection rate is not high, the rules loss rate in transaction databases is large, this paper use a combinational strategies of PPARM algorithm and privacy protection algorithm (IMBA) based on transposition items, presents a privacy protection algorithm based on association rule algorithm (SWTA). Association rules of the data mining as the basic principle of the theory.By the rules of sensitive items in the collection of sensitive operations to do less. Changes in the cost of the next smaller time, The method hide sensitive rules by transposition items, Reduce the affect of the non-sensitive rules in the process, better solve the privacy problem in association rules. given a same rate in the case of privacy, Improve the level of protection of privacy information and reduces the rules loss rate of the transaction database, Achieve a greater degree of privacy protection. Finally, the algorithm realize simulation in VC++ environment. Verification results show that through operating the same original database, in the case of entering the same performance parameters, the privacy protection algorithm based on SWTA has better privacy level than the previous algorithm. Also show that compared with PPARM algorithm, The rules loss rate and dissimilarity generated by SWTA is lower. Thus, illustrating the algorithm discussed in this paper is more effective and reasonable .
