With the rapid development of information management methods and RFID technology, RFID applications in information libraries is inevitable, however, the management of library lack of the awareness of systematic design for how to determine the scale of RFID library construction and design, so when the RFID system was applied in Libraries, they have to rely on the solutions which are proposed by vendor, procurement of equipment types and quantities have a larger blindness, resulting in the investment costs are wasted. Therefore, the optimization on the RFID information library building plans is concerned, and new optimization plans should be solved.Aiming at the problems, the optimization of the RFID information library building plans is proposed in this thesis, this work mainly includes two aspects optimization:First, aiming at the procurement of equipment optimization for RFID library; Second, aiming at the location optimization of the machines which are used for 24-hour self-help books. Specific contents are as follows:First of all, the RFID information library building plans is analyzed in this thesis, a concept of equipment service quality factor is proposed, and fuzzy comprehensive judgment method is applied in solving this concept, which is the basic theory for RFID equipment purchase plans optimization mathematical model. What's more, according to the demand number of devices for library, a purchase plan optimization mathematical model is built, using evolutionary programming and particle swarm optimization algorithm for solving, and the tournament selection operator is introduced in particle swarm optimization algorithm, the acceleration parameters are adjusted also, the problem of falling into local optimal solution in particle swarm optimization is solved effectively, and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm's ability to search the optimal solution has been significantly improved through experiments, aiming at the complexity of the mathematical model, the evolutionary programming algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm are given the scope of each of them. Finally, the location optimization of 24-hour self-help books on machine is analyzed, based on the maximum flow in networks location optimization is proposed, and through theory and case analysis, Multi-terminal maximum flow algorithm is verified efficiently in the selection optimization.
