In daily life, audio equipment has become an important member of our household appliance, but most people do not purchase real genuine audio products. Because the sound quanlity property is complex, we subjective listen to all kinds of sound., subjective evaluation is not accurate, however, No audio testing techniques can quantificationally reflect their fidelity from international evaluation criterion. So it is considerd that the fact need the system, the thesis preliminary studies the audio quanlity and focus on building the hardware platform, which is the base work for other one.Audio signal acquisition and processing technology plays an important role in information processing technology. Audio acquisition and processing generally use based computer processing system. The design is development of DSP-based audio signal processing system, which applyed to the requirements of high volume and real-time occasions. This system uses TI TMS320VC5509a chip, which design and development of a DSP-based audio signal acquisition and processing related operations evaluation system. The main features of the system are as follows:Firstly, the system achieve to audio signal acquisition and related proccessing.Secondly, the design makes use of three-bit multi-channel buffered serial ports, USB interface and EMIF (External Memory Interface) of TMS320VC5509A and realizesthe system design.Finally, the system Use a single CPU control. TMS320VC5509A is as the master chip, which complete the human-machine interface of system and external device control.The paper includes audio signal processing algorithms and implementation way,and designs DSP-related evaluation system, which discribes detail the various modules of the system, the external memory interface module, the audio collection and processing channels, evaluation results display module. Finally,in the paper successfully building the hardware system and test the system property. The test result shows that the design of system is reasonable and satisfy the fact need.
