With the widely use of optical tweezers technology in micro-field, the requirements of optical tweezers system continuously increase, when the optical fiber applied to the optical tweezers system, it's characteristics of light and flexible will greatly increase the freedom and flexibility of operation, the optical fiber tweezers can be an important tool in researching the basic rules of life activities of cells and sensor measure of micro-mechanical. The research of this thesis is optical fiber tweezers capture character and vibration sensor character:capture of multi-particle and vibration of sensor measure are respectively achieved by optical fiber tweezers with two different kinds of end structure.For the optical fiber tweezers compose capture system, according to the basic principle of optical tweezers, we devise tapered fiber end, and adopt a analytical approach based on the momentum conservation law of the electromagnetic field and the finite difference time domain calculated and analyzed the character of optical trapping force by change the trapped particle number, taper angle of optical fiber end, the radius and refractive index of spherical particles. In the experiment, we achieve repeatedly capture and operation to yeast cells by the optical fiber tweezers. With the tapered optical fiber tweezers, we calibrated the optical trapping force variation trend in the light field.For the optical fiber tweezers compose the vibration sensor system, according to the basic principle of optical trapping, we design basic structure of micro optical fiber vibration sensor, analyze mechanical properties of this structure with the inertial forced vibration theory, then get the amplitude frequency characteristics curve and phase-frequency characteristics curve of the micro-fiber vibration sensor. In this way, we optimized and designed the sensor structure and fiber-end structure. Then concluded that the production of micro-optical vibration sensor and processing methods. The analytical result of vibration sensor experiment proves that optical trapping based micro-fiber vibration sensor applies to vibration sensor measure.
