In today's information society, the Internet becomes an important communication medium. As the communication medium, it achieved worldwide information sharing and spread quickly. Through the network of global, people learned the latest information around the world and enterprises achieve business and communications online. It can be said that the network has been not only a tool of communication, but also social normal operation is deeply depends on it. As a global information interaction platform, network also be utilized by the outlaws and speculators, they release bad information to influence the public mood, with the aid of the network company secrets are stolen, which caused serious negative effect. Facing the severe situation, countries are committed to creating safe, monitoring network environment to stop the reactionary speech and pornography information affect national and social stability. The strict supervision of Internet content is an effective means to achieve this goal, therefore, research network content control key technique is very necessary and urgent.Aiming at research and implementation of key technologies of web content monitoring system, this paper on the basis of related research at home and abroad, focuses on the following two key technologies.In the existing web content monitoring system, the performance of network protocol assembly is relatively low in general, and it cannot meet the need of content monitoring under the high-speed network traffic. This paper studies the technology of network protocols in parallel to assemble to improve the performance of the network protocol assembly, and then proves of its efficiency and advantage through experiments, and further indicates the parallel assembly technology of network protocols is suitable for web content monitoring system and can meet the content monitoring under the high-speed network traffic needs.The web content monitoring system, need to restore the network content filtering sensitive information, which is to solve the bottleneck analysis of network content, one of the keys to improve system performance. At present in this field, multi-pattern matching algorithm is the best choice. This paper gives some Suggestions to improve the preprocessing and matching for ACBM pattern matching algorithm defect. Using HASH table which is a data structure of rapidly search, combining the matching process improvement, reduce the original algorithm invalid mode tree jump and character matching. Through the multiple perspectives experiment, proved this improvement increases the search speed of the pattern string.
