Research On Rule-based Reasoning Oriented On Ontology And Audit Information Guidance

Social insurance is directly related to the vital interests of the people, and social insurance audit is much more important. In audit domain all kinds of information resources will play a very important role in the actual audit process of auditors, and the role of audit methods is particularly prominent. Audit methods are methods which are to find questionable points in audit process. How to quickly and easily provide audit methods and other information to auditors in the audit work is of great significance.In this thesis, with expert system as a starting point, we study rule-based reasoning oriented on ontology. Firstly, we use the insurance audit methods and other relevant information collected from the actual audit work in medical insurance, build the medical insurance audit method ontology to provide information base for rule-based reasoning oriented on ontology. Then we study the forward rule fast matching algorithm Rete in the rule-based reasoning, aiming at the problem in Rete algorithm, we proposed an aggressive hashing-based improving method to improve the efficiency of the Rete algorithm. Finally, this thesis gives the structure of audit information guidance system design using the ontology and rule-based reasoning which are mentioned before, designs and implements audit information guidance system and its rule-based reasoning function.
