Research On High-Power Ultrasonic Power Supply

Ultrasonic oil production equipment consists mainly of three parts, which are high-power ultrasonic power supply, transmission cable and piezoelectric transducer. The high-power ultrasonic power supply is the core part of the equipment. And its performance determines if the whole equipment can work effectively. The purpose of the thesis is to develop a high frequency, high power factor and low loss high-power ultrasonic power supply which is used in ultrasonic oil production equipment.According to the actual demand of ultrasonic oil production equipment, the thesis proposes the overall scheme of high-power ultrasonic power supply. The power supply system consists chiefly of rectifier circuit, inverter circuit, driving circuit, signal control circuit, matching network and protection circuit. In the paper, rectifier circuit, inverter circuit and protection circuit is established, the suitable driver is chosen, and high frequency, high power AC output is realized. According to the requirements of high-power ultrasonic power supply to control signal, the signal control circuit is designed. It can output control signals whose intermission is regular and frequency can be adjusted continuously from 15 kHz to 40 kHz in work time. The control signals could control driver effectively, and ensure IGBT module work well. So that piezoelectric transducer can work intermittently, and operation effectiveness of ultrasonic waves can be enhanced. The equivalent parameter of piezoelectric transducer is measured. In order to make output the most efficient, decrease the reactive power loss, tuning matching is designed. And in order to output maximum power and raise power factor, impedance matching is designed. The field test proves that the output power of high-power ultrasonic power supply is about 54kW, and the system can work stably for a long time.
