With the development of Internet and database technology, Demands of full-text electronic resources are increasing. As a professional services institution, Library's services should base on the changing demands of teachers and students, so as to purchase influential, high-quality, authoritative database to improve service quality. Qualities of the databases libraries purchased will not only be directly related to the service quality and efficiency of library, but also to the teachers'andstudents'scientific research quality Therefore, how to select some authoritative literature databases, how to ensure full coverage of basic subjects of database, how to coordinate and optimize the allocation of resources are all challenges that libraries are facing. After doing some statistics research with the full-text electronic resources in the library, it will be easy for us to understand the efficient use of the database collection and then to optimize the collection configuration. Besides, building related forecasts, reasoning model to understand the needs of teachers and students preferences, demand changes, to improve the quality and level of library services are also under our consideration. Based on the theory of mathematic and the demands of system, there are three main aspects of the study. First, the system was created to get a full-text electronic resource usage data for statistical analysis, and then the results were compared and analyzed. Second, through the statistical data, we combined with some data on the use of mathematical models to predict the using situation of the future. Third, to study changes in user behavior, we built several models to do some research.
