With the rapid economic development in China, improving the public health level is especially important, three-quarters of human infections is caused by viruses. Microbial resources and virus resources has close relationship with scientific research, data resources comes from scientific research. meanwhile, serve to scientific research. With the utilization of microbial resources, scientific database performs an extremely important role in the virology study. In recent years, microorganism and virology study in our country has rapid development, data mass increases, data applications and sharing demand becomes more and more intense, therefore, data integration facing the medicine health and other research field is necessary.Firstly, this thesis analyses the actuality of enterprise application software architecture , entroduces J2EE architecture and its related technology and applications. The demand analysis is put forward. And does the needs modeling of the system by user-case diagram and flow diagram, plots out the system's functional modules, and analyses the business processes. And then this thesis analyses, designs and develops Infectious Pathogens Data Resource Center on J2EE architecture and MVC design pattern with the combination of theory and practice. The views layer is achieved by JSP, the model layer is achieved by JavaBeans components and the controller is achieved by Servlet. Uses the model of JSP + Servlet + JavaBean based on Web development, to reduce the coupling of the business layer and the client.improve the system performance. Expounds the key problems in the system realization, and optimizes the system with Ajax technology to shorten the response time of the system and to achieve a better user experience.This project integrats series of existing related data, based on virus resource database, to establish a complete repository platform of comprehensive information and data applications, providing scientific data sharing service for microbes and virus subject areas.The system based on Java components. The business layer is developed, enable the system flexible. Imported the multi-tiered distributed architecture based on J2EE and MVC design pattern, enable the system design more clear and maintenance quite easy. The system solves the needs well, and achieves the expected goals.
