GOLD code generators are used extensively in CDMA system to generate code sequences with good correlation properties. In a multi-user CDMA system several forms of Spread Spectrum modulation techniques are used. The most popular is the Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum. In this form of modulation each user signal is uniquely coded and spread across a wide band of transmission path. Pseudo-random Noise sequences that are orthogonal to each other are used to code the user signals. Two sequences are considered orthogonal when their cross- orrelation coefficient is zero.This paper contains a depth study of m sequence and balanced GOLD sequence - the compound sequence of m sequence that are both widely used in spread spectrum communication. Furthermore, a balanced GOLD sequence generator based on DSP device is realized.Firstly, the C language programming realized based on software environment balance the GOLD yards generation algorithms. Which, in determining the characteristic in the process, the phase full use GOLD yards regularity balance is proposed on the basis of spread to more easily than binomial realize long except algorithm, the complexity of the makes the program is reduced greatly.Then based on DSP hardware processing plate for programming and debugging, finally completed the adsp-bf533 hardware based on the algorithm and code to slice of burning the FLASH, thus the smooth realization of the balance to the GOLD generation algorithm on the adsp-bf533 transplant.
