Because of the society's informationization, information evolves as the strategicresources and the important wealth. And the problem of information security not onlyrelates the personal interest, even also relates to the society stability, the economicaldevelopment and even the national safety. With the modern science technology rapid de-velopment, the traditional encryption system is unable to satisfy the demand of modernsociety. Chaos assumes many characters those meet the cryptology requirement, there-fore chaos is applied to the cryptology field, and also displays the very good performance. But under the limited precision, the chaos possibly has the degenerated problem what re-duces the confidentiality of the scheme. This paper focuses on chaos in the application of the cryptology application, designsa composite chaos system by four univariate chaos maps, and realizes four chaos mappingdynamic selection using a sequencer, simulates the system and discovers that the theoryand the experimental data presents the deviation, the paper gives the solution afterwards, carries on the compensation after the degenerated phenomenon, and then the pseudo-random sequence is produced, the cryptographic examination to the chaos algorithm hasto be done.Use this new composite chaos system designs a new image encipherment algorithm. To test the security and e?ciency of the new scheme we make necessary analysis such asthe key spatial analysis, the statistical property analysis, the information entropy analysisto this plan, and the key sensitivity analysis. Not only finally indicates this algorithm tomeet the cryptology requirement, and has the very high security, the encryption speed isquick, the use value is high.
