Following the rapid progress of robot relevant technology ,it make that robot has similar cognitive skills and ability like people and can interact harmoniously with the user becomes an inexorable trend in the development of robot, and human-robot interaction also get more and more attention and research, this paper which study human-computer interaction system of expression robot has positive significance for enriching and developing robots explorative study.First, olfactory system of the expression robot is added in the paper basing on the hardware architecture. Design gas loot device "artificial lung" which realizes the robot breathes by motor driving cylinder piston movement repeatedly; Choose suitable gas sensor and single-chip microcomputer chip as signal acquisition and data processing function components; Design simple peripheral circuit to transfer real-time data as communication function between SCM and PC; Write gas recognition programs which has certain anti-jamming ability to identify three types of object gas, and displays real-time dynamic data curve in PC.Secondly, function and framework of the human-robot interaction software system are designed basing on interactive content. Combined with the perception function and expression function, human-robot interactive content is designed in order to emulate communication between human and human; Human-robot interaction software system framework is divided into underlying hardware layer,equipment physical interface layer,device drivers layer and the application layer.Thirdly, function modules of the system are designed and implemented respectively. The control module is designed as core module in the system which process cognitive information and control expression output, relation of identification information and output action of robot is established through production rules: If (expressions recognition and the type of gas) then (robot action), the control method of the interactive rules is forward reasoning rules: when former pieces conditions are met, the expression robot executes corresponding movement.Finally, lots of experiment which coordinate human-robot interaction software system in this paper and base of H&F robot-III which is built in our lab are conducted , then output of the robot in different input information combination cases are tested in order to verify the effectiveness human-robot interaction software system.
