As a new calculation model, the creating of Cloud Computing drives the tidalwaves of network services. The Cloud Computing uses a lot of virtualizationtechnology, integrates many idle resources, forms a huge resources location,controls and manages the resources in a unified way and provides three levelservices for the customers, namely PaaS, SaaS and IaaS. Merging many kinds ofinfrastructure, such as, Physical Resource, Virtual Resource, Data and Networks,the IaaS is the corner stone of Cloud Computing among the three level servicesand on the basis of what could expand and generate kinds of Applications,allowing users to visit through the Internet. The appearance of Cloud Computingmakes it as easy as the purchase of water and electricity in our daily life to deliverthe infrastructure services. Uses could choose the specific services to pay and useaccording to their needs. However, how to balance the benefits ofmulti-stakeholder, make the transaction efficient and the combination reasonableare the key points Cloud Computing facing in the transaction of services. Thisarticle researches and analyses the combination and selection of services from theview of participants under the circumstance of Cloud Computing. Discussing theGame behaviors of different participants during the combination of services, thisarticle analyses and discusses two types of Game behaviors, one is the bargainingfrom Composite Service Solutions Provider and atomic service providers whichare attempting to make a deal for service, the other is the bidding strategies fromdifferent Composite Service Solutions Provider striving for the atomic services.The processes of service combination and purchase are concluded as a variety ofGame behaviors which are analyzed and solved in this text. Besides, the outcomeof the experiment in the text has also proved that this method can realize serviceoptimal combinations efficiently.
