By taking advantage of RFID technology such as fast reading and writing, non-line-of-sight multi-target recognition, EPC network can track the moving objects in the logistics network in order to visualize the logistics process. In the open-loop RFID applications which are based on EPC network, a number of logistics companies can share their RFID data by following the provisions of the EPC network. A lot of valuable information is hidden in these mass RFID path data, and only by path data mining we can find these RFID frequent paths so as to help users understand goods'circulating regular patterns and movement trends and provide decision support for the users. How to mine RFID frequent path in the supply chain environment based on EPC network is an urgent problem to be solved.On the basis of the full analysis of the characteristics of the RFID events in EPC network, this paper puts forward EPC network-based RFID frequent path algorithm by using EPC network and frequent path mining technology. According to the association between cases and the aggregated single products, we divide single product's RFID path into several multi-segment path identified by case's EPC. Then we propose an improved multi-level support degree RFID frequent path mining algorithm. At the same time we design a mining framework for RFID frequent path based on EPC network. Firstly, this paper will analyze the characteristics of the RFID events in EPC network and the problems about the current RFID frequent path mining algorithms, bring forward FPM(Frequent Path Mining) algorithm. Then combined with the multi-level structure of the supply chain, we will put forward the improved multi-level support degree mining algorithm MSFPM (Multi-Support Frequent Path Mining). Secondly we will analyze the workflow of RFID frequent path mining and design a mining framework of RFID frequent path based on EPC network which includes RFID data warehouse model, mining engine and other key modules, and then the implementation and algorithm verification will be given in detail. Lastly, we will summarize the entire paper, look forward to the prospect of the RFID frequent path mining and propose some future works.
