Security Research To Blackberry's Operating System

With the rapid development of technology,mobile communication and the internet are used more widely.The BlackBerry has become the world's most widely used mobile email systems as its excellent safety and reliability. Using the maturing of the BlackBerry platform,the market has gradually emerged specifically malicious software for BlackBerry which is able to successfully obtain personal information in the mobile phone, this is a serious problem.Purpose of this research project is based on BlackBerry OS 6.0 platform, in-depth study of the BlackBerry system security mechanisms, based on the use of appropriate digital watermarking technology, to complete a security management software which is used to protect the private data , allowing users to use BlackBerry more safely. This paper first overall security of the BlackBerry system description and analysis of the mechanism, then give a detailed explanation of BlackBerry development environment and application routines , and finally proposed based on the least significant bits of the digital watermarking algorithm confidential information in order to achieve the owner's cell phone and extract steganography.Through research and analysis show that the algorithm has good mobility and hidden-effect, embedded speed, high efficiency, can be subtle changes occur in the carrier medium under the premise of the gray scale image embedding and extraction, using different carriers for pictures and different watermark, the watermark data generated after the hiding process is still able to achieve better effection. There is a certain anti-jamming capability. On the BlackBerry platform, this software is based on the least significant bits of the use of digital watermarking technology to make the user's personal information to be hidden in the carrier medium.Naturally, to avoid malicious software and unauthorized access to personal data.Subjects completed the BlackBerry OS 6.0 security management software to improve the BlackBerry system security and reliability, so that mobile phone users can use this software to protect confidential data and take effective strategies to protect the interests of the majority of persons which is using BlackBerry Mobile Phone. The security management software has important practical significance and value.
