When performing tasks that launching missile or rocket, telemetry antenna is indispensable equipment. It can track and lock the flying target, and receive the data from the target, then we can assess the effects of the launch through analyzing the data. Antenna servo subsystem is an important part of telemetry antenna, the antenna can track the flying target precisely under the control of the subsystem in that data communication can be carried out smoothly.After analyzing the antenna servo system in this paper, the antenna servo system controller is designed. The main contents include algorithm and corresponding software and hardware. Fast optimal algorithm and fuzzy PID algorithm are designed in algorithm. Fast optimal algorithm is a control strategy that is similar to bang-bang control, under the control of the algorithm, the output of the controller is control volume of the maximum, in addition, it is also need to switch between positive and negative direction, when the error is in a wide range, its control effect is very good and can make system run fast, when error is small, fuzzy PID algorithm can achieve precise control .In hardware, the control platform of DSP and FPGA is designed, and it can deal with a lot of signals and run a variety of complex algorithms. Software is mainly introduced in the form of flow chart in this paper.Finally, after completion of the hardware testing, fuzzy PID algorithm and fast optimal algorithm are run in the actual system, through carrying out corresponding system test and analyzing the response curve, show that antenna servo system under the fast optimal algorithm and fuzzy PID algorithm treatment run well and meet the requirements of practical work.
