Along with the CDMA Business volumes of telecom grow fast, the original CDMA business processing mode which is single channel and single engine cannot process the large volume of business well. In order to meet the growing volume of CDMA Business, improve the quality of service and the efficiency of provisioning, and increase the degree of satisfaction and the system overall performance, we need to improve the efficiency of CDMA business processing in telecom provisioning system. CDMA processing subsystem should be added to telecom provisioning system. This added subsystem will improve the system reliability, distributed ability and load balancing ability. We need to convert the original business processing mode based on single channel and single engine to the new business processing mode based on multiple channels and multiple engines.This paper analyses the requirement of the subsystem and adopts the distributed architecture based on heterogeneous environment. The sub-system contains a scheduling engine and multiple business processing engines. The scheduling engine is a dispatching center, it not only dispatches business to every business processing engine, but also monitoring every business processing engine. The duty of business processing engine is to process the CDMA business of telecom and report its condition to the scheduling engine.The communication between the scheduling engine and business processing engine is depending on web service Technology which is based on SOAP message. The scheduling engine uses load balancing algorithm based on dynamic reverse feedback to assigning tasks, this algorithm improves the efficiency of business processing. The sub-system uses monitoring technology to get system information and business information, it also uses fault tolerance techniques combined with monitoring technology to support automatic switchover to the stand-by business processing engine if active node fails to work. Memory database technology is introduced to business processing engine which increases business processing speed. Memory-mapped file is used to achieve inter-process communication when they are in the same machine.
