Along with the computer and network technology high speed development,SIS system has been widely used in power plant.It has perfectly togethered power plant management and control. Greatly improve the economic benefits of a power plant. This paper uses the OPC technique combining with mixed software architecture model design the SIS system.The main contents of this article are as follows:(1)detailed descriptions four parts of a SIS system: The communication network, the real-time/historical data server, function station and interface machine.Then,from six aspects that production system real time information display, performance computing and economy analysis, plant optimization scheduling, unit load life management, equipment state monitoring and fault diagnosis, online performance monitoring and analysis introduces the main functions of the SIS system.(2)Expounds the data access standard of OPC technology, and detailed descriptions the process which achieve OPC client through using vc + + develop interfaces of OPC access standard.Finally,describes the client and server OPC interactions.(3) In order to attain the B/S structure client real-time display field operation data, Using vc + + developed ActiveX controls. When ActiveX control embedded to the WEB page, avoid page refreshes flicker problem brought.(4) The network security problems of system and corresponding security strategy are discussed in detail.(5) From the System design scheme,physical structure and software architecture describe the overall design of SIS system.
