Chaotic secure communication plays a very important role in the chaos of the engineering application. Compareing with traditional chaotic attractor, multi-scroll chaotic attractors have more complex dynamic characteristic and more key parameters, so they have more superior confidential performance, and have broad application prospect in the chaotic secure communication. Constructing superior performance multi-scroll chaotic systems is of significance in practice. In this paper, we do some work on constructing multi-scroll chaotic circuit and communication security scheme design, the main work including the following parts:(1) The single direction multi-scroll chaotic attractors are constructed.Traditionally, polynomial can only construct double scroll chaotic attractors, on that basis , polynomial parameters are selected by theoretical calculation firstly, and then some saddle-focus equilibrium points with index-2 are constructed successfully in x direction by translating polynomial using Chua's circuit, So that the chaotic scroll zone and key wave area which are constructed by polynomial turn up alternately, Then the single direction multi-scroll chaotic attractors are generated.(2) Grid N×M-scroll chaotic attractors are constructed. The Further study show that, the system of saddle focal point index 2 in plane range with array structure by combining both polynomial and step function, which make the multi-scroll chaotic attractors structure outspread in plan. So that the grid multi-scroll chaotic attractors are generated. The effectiveness of this constructing method has been verified by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation by calculating the characteristic root of system balance point, Lyapunov and bifurcation diagram. the system dynamics is also analyzed. The circuit is designed based on the new grid multi-scroll chaotic model using the basic computing circuit and related components. the corresponding relationship in circuit parameters and system parameters is established too. Pspice simulation and numerical simulation results are unified completely.(3) Based on linear feedback synchronous theory, The chaotic confidential scheme is designed. The grid multi-scroll chaotic system which is constructed by polynomial and step function is introduced in secure communication by the linear feedback synchronous theory,a driving response synchronization system is designed. the scope of linear feedback k is analyzed and calculated in terms of theory. The correctness of this analysis has been further verified by Matlab simulation. On this basis, a binary number communication security scheme is designed, using the characteristics of chaotic signal autocorrelation and cross-correlation. the actual transfer process of digital signal binary is also analyzed. The feasibility and superiority of the plan have been proved by Numerical simulation results.In this paper, a constructing approach to generate the grid multi-scroll chaotic system and circuit with polynomial and step function is reported. And the exploration of the application of the system in binary digits to secure communication area is of application value in relevant fields.
