Sampling control widely exist in all kinds of physical system.Such as:time-sharing system,radar tracking system and industrial production process control sys-tem and so on.In engineering condition practical control system because for the influence of the environment and equipment error such factors.It makes the analysis and comprehensive with our mathematical model of precise match between impos-sible,there will be indefinite.Disturbance input often influence system,performance even cause the system instability.The robust stability of a class of uncertain sampled-data systems is investi-gated in this paper.Based on the linear matrix equalities(LMI). we discussed the feedback control problems with the structure uncertain sampled-data systems. in the form of the linear matrix inequalities,and also had a comparatively perfect solv-ing scheme of controller.In this paper,the robust controllers are were with the term of the disturbance structure,such that the systems have the more general respective research,making the more systems could satisfied the condition in the reality.Has certain directive for the reality problems. In the meantime,this paper also research the new method of the observers design of the class uncertain sampled-data system-s. Analysising the asymptotic stability of the dynamic error system, obtained the sufficient condition of the stability of the observer of the uncertain sampled-data. systems.
