This paper describes interference spectrum technology in system development background, status and application based on the analysis of the interference spectrum of the basic principles and basic equations. Of interferogram data processing method, which interferogram data preprocessing, interferogram apodization, phase correction, Fourier transform, and transfer of multivariate phase model.In fact, the interferogram apodization which the main purpose suppresses the sidelobes, retains the main lobes, the main method is chooses an interruption function (referred to as apodization function) to carry on the interruption to the interference spectrum signal. This article on the basis of in discussing various apodized function expressions and characteristics of various properties of apodized function, established the corresponding test run to carry on processing and the analysis to the simulation interferogram, and finally obtained the use improvement Happ-Genzel and the Norton-Beer function to simulate the interferogram to apodizate effect to be good.Phase correction mainly interferogram phase error problems, so that you can collect the data with less (unilateral acquisition) access to high quality spectrum.
