This dissertation proposes the military training ontology's definition of six elements .2. This dissertation has built the military training domain ontology under the universal strategy's guidance. How to describe the military training ontology's character and automatically implement is discussed finally in the design stage when conceptualization is going. Discussing domain conceptualization, this dissertation proposes:(1) The part of concept extract involves two steps according to the relationship of the military training ontology:Setp1: the topmost concept extract: The topmost concept and the relationship of the topmost concept can be found with the concept technology. This means the elements about C and H of military training ontology's definition can be created.Step2: the domain concept extract: In this step two pivotal technologies have been discussed: the mapping of the relational schemes and intelligent word splitting.(2) The part of relation definition involves two steps:Step1: The basic relationship and the user-defined relationship are discussed in this dissertation. The user-defined relationship is the military training ontology's character,It is important. The mealanguage of the user-defined relationship has been added to the OWL. The elements about R and relation have been created.Step2: How to automaticly learn the relationship is discussed. The instances of relation have been created.(3) The types of restriction are discussed in the dissertation. The element about F has been created.3. This dissertation disscuss the application of the military training ontology in the search engine of the distributed database in the military training field.(1) The constructiong and optimization of the index based the military training ontology.The structure of the index has been rebuilt: add the item of the concept to the corresponding index word and evaluate the weight of the index word based on different source.(2) The result ranking and the evaluation of the quality of the data This dissertation proposed the new users'access-frequency matrix and gave the new algorithm of the column vector and row vector. This paper presents the space of users'interest and one algorithm based on gene-analysis to construct users'interist spact . The results will be commended based on the user clustering model and the concept vector of the users'search vector. This dissertation gives the new definition of the evaluation of the quality of the data. And the the guildline was gave which was used at the peacetime and running time.(3) A method which automatically summarizes a document by Markov and Concept Chain GraphsIn this paper, a method which automatically summarizes a document by Markov and Concept Chain Graphs based on the statistic method and the intelligence method.
