With the development of the optoelectronic technology, the binocular vision technology plays an important role in the radio and television broadcasting technology.And it is also widely used in the information technology.We do not content ourselves with the two-dimensional image in the areas of the image. We hope that we can get the stereo picture which can show us the 3D depth information,the Multi-level information and the location information.The 3D displayer is a new display device which can give us the real emotional appeal. This device has two camera to get the image, then mapping the image on the screen. With the help of the optical element accuracy control, it will form independent visual areas in our eyes.After that, we will get the 3D display. There is depth cue in the 3D display, it plays an very important role in human-machine interaction in the virtual reality. This article depends on the basic theory of the stereoscopic vision, show us that with the help of the image processing technology, we can get the air coordinates. It can help us to get further study in the application area.To discuss stereo matching technology and parallax estimation combined with the three-dimensional matching technology, based on the stereo camera calibration, image acquisition and feature extraction, three-dimensional matching method,3D information processing.It is key work for 3D stereoscopic matching that eye view stereo matching. And feature extraction is the premise and complete 3D matching conditions. Common image characteristics include corner, edge point, kneepoints, closed curve, gray local maximum and so on. This paper used several typical operators such as Moravec operator, Harris operator, SUSAN operator to handle 3D view and made comparison in performance.Parallax estimate is looking for the matching relation between projections in or so view of cognominal points, using SIFT matching algorithm based on feature points to make feature comparison for two images. From the results, we can see that this method has good reliability, validity, and high matching precision. Parallax estimates can calculate the solution space coordinates, thus provide technical foundation human-machine interaction for scenery.
