Synthetic Aperture Radar Interferometry (InSAR) is one technology of extracting the phase information from sysnthetic aperture radar complex images as the data source to obtain three-dimensional surface information and change information technology. Depth study of this technology to contribute to the development of remote sensing. For improving the quality of interference fringes and enhancing availability of the image and implementing automated data processing, Researching InAR image registration of the theory and methods has important significance.In this thesis, I have done the literature of the correlation of radar interferometry comprehensive analysis and study, comprehensive description of the image registration technology development and research status and the basic principles of InSAR techmology; Introduced the various registration methods in detail and analyzed and evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of various registration methods. Proposed a combination of edge and texture features of image registration methods on the basis of futher research of Low coherence areas of the radar image features of the Criterion. Content and results of this study include:1. This thesis proposed a kind of image registration methods based on a combination of edge and texture features. To the edge and texture as the basic characteristics, Corrected images through the extraction of texture features after images extracted by the edge feature can improve the accuracy of registration. The experiment proved that this method improves the accuracy of image registration and can well registrate the region of low coherence image.2. An improved method of image registration, Used existing data of Wenchuan earthquake and GAMMA software platform and combined Sichuan Province scientific and technological support projects of InSAR application part, this thesis conducted a interferometry study of Wenchuan earthquake area and has done specific operation of each step of the interferometic measurement and obtained the corresponding and the experimental results.
