Train control network can connect the train into a whole. Wire Train Bus and Multifunction Vehicle Bus exchanges of information through the communication nodes, to complete of the train control, detection and diagnosis of information transmission. Those not only conducive to information exchange and resource sharing, but also can master to the relevant information of train operation control and status comprehensively, real-time and reliably, to achieve decentralized monitoring, collaborative working and safe operation. So, as an important part of the train, the train communication network system is one of the core technologys of modern train, whose performance directly affects the performance of the whole train.Multifunction Vehicle Bus master needs to fulfill periodic polling according to periodic list. One main purpose of this paper is to complete the periodic list configuration and explanation. In the basis of analyzing the periodic data communicating and features of packet timing, combined the basic rules of the IEC standard IEC61375-1, determine the generation of the algorithm of the periodic list and fulfill the configuration of periodic list. Also elaborating the situation when the time of periodic data is beyond 65% of the basic cycle time, how to adjust the periodic list parameters for configuration. Finally, according to the periodic information of MVB, use an example of Electrical Middle Distance media to interpret how to configure the periodic list.The other main purpose of this paper is to complete events round between devices of the train. In the basis of analyzing the non-periodic data communicating and features of packet timing of International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC61375-1, according to the different reactions from the devices and the master taking different actions for the event_round, have devised a configuration algorithm of non-periodic information and completed bus device events_round on MVB. Finally, in accordance with non-periodic information of MVB, still as EMD medium, make program simulation and analyze the results of the simulation.
