| As the development of modern logistics and information technology, logistics integration has become a generally optimistic management mode for large manufacturing enterprises. The implementation of logistics integration causes a continuous change both of the operation and the process. So, the research on a logistics management mode which can have a quick response for operation flow changes is of great significance for enterprises. As an important role in logistics operation, optimizing the scheduling management is beneficial to rising logistics efficiency.Workflow technology is a core technology to implement process modeling and process management and also a key technology for enterprises to implement business automation. Based on the study of current scheduling management situation of Chi Tian Hua Group, this paper has an optimization research on scheduling management. A scheduling management platform is developed and designed by workflow technology. The main contributions are as follow:1. Throughout investigating the current scheduling management situation of Chi Tian Hua Group, the weakness has been analysed and the optimization method has been carried out.2. The goal and requirement of scheduling management platform has been summarized. A platform framework has been built. The process and main function of platform has been analysed. An use case description has been carried out based on UML (Unified Modeling Language). A system architecture for scheduling management platform have been designed3. Using SQL Server 2008 as the database desktop, the scheduling management platform workflow database and basic operation database have been designed. Taking Visual Studio 2010 as development tool, a flexible scheduling management platform has been developed by using C# language.4. The operation interface of scheduling management platform has been designed. An example has been used to verify the flexibility of scheduling management platform. When the operation flow changes, all we need to do is to reset parameters so as to implement requirements of operation flow change. |
