The laser divergence angle of free space optical (FSO) communication is very small because of the energy limited, to acquiring, pointing and tracking by using of laser beam is very difficult. The APT (Acquisition, Pointing and Tracking) system to make sure that two communication terminals can be precisely orientated, and the signal light can be correctly received. This paper study on the micro-mirror arrays to discuss the method of this advanced technology is applied to the APT system. This paper proposes the scheme of the micro-mirror arrays is applied to the APT system, and study on the control method of the micro-mirror arrays which is used in the APT system. This paper realizes the specific control of the rows and columns of the micro-mirror arrays which is in the laser beam function area.Using of the TRACEPRO software to simulate the system. Using of the program which is processed by the MATLAB software to process the flare. Using of the feedback quantity to realize the laser beam tracking. This paper discusses the method of flare reshape by use of micro-mirror arrays. Analyzing the light efficiency when the laser beam through the micro-mirror arrays.
