The Key Technology For Precision Measurement Of Digital Image

Precision measurement plays an important role in the modern industry. With the rapid development of digital image processing technology, using image processing technology to precision measurement has become an important part of modern industry.In industrial production,we often measure the size of the various shapes and require the measurement to achieve a certain degree of accuracy.In this paper,we study digital image technique through processing metal indentation image,and give the Measurement scheme for size.For threshold determined using Otsu method would be impact with confounding factors,so the improved method can determine the threshold of region of interest. According to the demand for image processing,the improved Hough transform enable to find out the line in the designated areas.Finally,according to the feature of the experimental images, designing a corner detection method based on gray level difference,it can detect the request corners.
