This paper presents a method that can use machine vision to measure borehole wall,it mainly through the image processing method to measure it, image of borehole wall can be displayed for the actual proportion to user, so it can make up the defects which can't measure color and shape feature directly of borehole wall in existing method.The study use fish-eye len to measure borehole wall,its range can be up to 140°~180°, it can give us a panoramic image,the returned image after calibration and correction that can spread a new image which proportion is the same as the real image,so it can reflect the actual characteristics information of borehole wall. Then, extracting feature of the image and matching it,and finally through mosaicing and compositing the image,it can form a large seamless image,so that can easily be juged through visual measurement by operator on scene,the image is strong intuitive and that can be achived a lot of information from borehole wall,so it is a new method for measurement. |
