Because people claim for high-speed transmission of data by mobile communication networkurgently, TD-LTE system as the future mobile communication network becomes popularincreasingly now. But TD-LTE system is also facing some problems. The problems are notdrawback about the mobile communication technology but the lack of spectrum resources.The TD-LTE system is facing scarcity of spectrum resources, but a lot of licensed systemsutilize their own frequency bands inadequately. The radar system is one of them. The radar systemhas the characteristics of discontinuous in time, space, and frequency domain to prove the aboveconclusion.To solve above problem, this thesis,according to the characteristics of radar,tries to design arational and effective power control, spectrum allocation scheme.The major contents in this thesis include two parts.In the first part, following the coexistence schemes of WiFi and bluetooth,we propose acoexistence scheme of between both TD-LTE and Radar.In the second part, this thesis tries to analyze performance of the scheme by mathematicalanalysis and simulations, and to find problems in this scheme and to solve them. Scheme establisheprotection zone first of all. Then Power control out of zone and Dynamic allocation of spectrummake both TD-LTE and Radar work together.This thesis designs a scheme to make both TD-LTE and Radar work together in samefrequency band by power control, spectrum Cognitive and Spectrum allocation. This schemeimproves utilization of Spectrum.
