Recently, the researchers were attracted by the birth of compressive sampling theory in signal processing. Compressive sampling theory presents a new method to acquire and compress the data, which applies the prior sparsity of the signals or images and can accurately reconstruct original signals or images from a few measurements, using an appropriate optimized procedure. It is this unique method of information acquisition and compression that Compressive sampling theory is gradually applied to more and more areas, and the use of compressive sampling in wireless video transmission is one important field of research. In this paper, we apply the combination of compressive sampling theory and MDC to wireless video transmission. This paper mainly consists of three aspects:(1)As the quality of signal reconstruction of the existing CS-MDC coding is poor, we propose a spatial enhancement CS-MDC based on the in-depth study of the existing CS-MDC methods. The method divide the image into blocks and then introduces enhanced features between the description using scrambling during the process of compressive sampling to improve the quality of reconstructed image. Since the method can use the feature of compressive sampling theory that the quality of reconstructed image is proportional to the number of measurement correctly received, so that the quality of reconstructed image is better than that of the existing CS-MDC.(2)Recently, the research on CS Video codec is at the initial stage, the existing methods are just suit for dealing with video sequence with slow motion. We propose an improved CS video coding based on the existing CS video coding method and the traditional video coding method such as H.264/MPEG. The method applies the combination of mode coding and a double hybrid compressive sampling coding. Experimental results show that the method is more suitable than the existing methods for dealing with the video sequences with much more violent sports.(3)We combine the spatial enhancement CS-MDC and the improved CS video coding to propose a CS-MDC video coding over wireless network. Because compressive sampling has a good resistance to BER and MDC is a good fault-tolerant coding with a good resilience to BER, the method combined with compressive sampling and MDC inherit the characteristics of resilience to BER and suit for the Wireless networks.
