Like many other technologies, wireless sensor network appeared for military needs with the development of the embedded systems. Applications of wireless sensor network are used more and more widely.In the same time, it is applied to the civil areas, such as target tracking, intrusion detection, wildlife habitat monitoring, climate control systems and disaster management.With the rapid development of sensor underlying technology and digital circuits driving, wireless sensor network devices become smaller and cheaper, which make the people's living more convenient.New technologies has brought opportunities, also brings new problems. Each node need to collect application data and location information for application, so it is important that the location algorithm calculate the location of the node.Now wireless sensor network localization algorithm is a research area of wireless sensor networks, and has been studied in depth, but wireless sensor networks is different from the previous network for the special nature:small size, the appropriate computing power, storage space and power energy. It need to measure the distance between the nodes and asked to calculate a large number of node locations automatically quickly and accurately, these limit the development of positioning algorithms.We can enhance the performance of wireless sensor networks localization algorithm from the physical layer to the application layer. Particularly in recent years optimization has been used widely in wireless sensor network localization algorithm and expands a new direction. In his paper we describe the existing integrated positioning technology and secure location algorithm, and list their advantages and disadvantages. Then introduce the history and present situation of differential evolution algorithm. Finally based on the differential evolution algorithm and the Euclidean localization algorithms,we presents a secure localization algorithm:The first phase, based on the Wbf-Euclidean localization algorithm,we joined the idea of routing, by working with two anchor nodes within two-hop of the unknown node and any one anchor node which locate two-hop away from the unknown node to calculate the estimated localization. The second phase,using the differential evolution algorithm improve location estimate, then joined the hardware secure and the data partitioning, the proposed algorithm called Secure-DE-Euclidean location algorithm.
