The topic of this paper originates from the item of implementation of Quality of Service in Financial Enterprise Network. This system provides quality of services in the whole bank network for every first level branch bank and those banks directly under each center bank. All activites happened in each level bank such as production, testing, research and development need to be done by using the first level and second level backbone network and the tandem network. With the continued introduction of new business applications and the increasing volume of business in banks, the QoS in network will be more important and become the difficulty in Financial Enterprise Network Management. That is, we need to solve the bandwidth of communication caused by competition for different business applications in FEN.In this paper, the implementation principle, program design and deployment of implementation of QoS technology applied in FEN will mainly be discussed. The author integrated QoS technology into the network of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and introduced some techniques as DiffServ,MDRR,LLQ,PQ which belong to QoS technology. According to the status of existing networks and business development, those techniques were used to combine QoS technology with the wole network framework to improve performance and efficiency of network and to guarantee effective completion of all kinds of business in banks and to provide better quality of service for the customers.The paper is divided into five chapters and discusses the application background of QoS in FEN, the whole framework of system design, the key implementation techniques of QoS, the implementation procedure and experiment test of QoS applied. At last, some other operations such as routine adjustment and daily monitoring and maintenance are studied preliminarily.
