With the increasing of the information data, the information security is the important component in digitalization and Internetization of TV station. Also, information security can make sure the TV station's broadcasting and producing system running normally. Furthermore, it could enhance the availability for those systems.Currently, for most TV stations' business procedure, before transferring data to the producing and broadcasting system, the journalists should use three different anti-virus workstations to kill the virus. This anti-virus method is not efficient and human resource wasted. Also it lacks the management and monitoring for procedure, users and logs.In this article, according to the current situation of the producing and broadcasting system in Beijing TV station, there is a design and analysis for the system. In order to secure the network, improve working efficiency, enhance the management for network security, transfer data between internal and external networks, a digitalized, Internetized and intelligentized system is designed. In this system, the analyzing for data type is achieved by using USB cable. This article illustrates the load-balance for anti-virus transferring link and the unify method for updating anti-virus database. The designed system can provide logs and public services. This system is compatible for different data types, which could ensure the security for information transferring.According to this research, a secure data transferring system is designed. This research also solves the problem in system design and achievement.
