Unified Coimmunications System Research And Design Of Web Service

Today's society has been a rapid development of information age. People are diversified means of communication which are gradually migrated to IP-based communications network. Web Service which is a bundle of standard software components based on Internet protocol, is expanding rapidly due to the growing need for application-to-application communication and interoperability. It is created to meet the communication and interoperability between software applications. Unified communications is a network platform composed of a variety of communications networks. Web Service technology can ensure that any communication network based on the traditional and modern communication network can communicate between the client and server freely. Also, web service can provide a distributed platform and promote the integration of communication and business process.In this article, the development and design were based on a unified communications platform of a certain communication company, which is to provide the service interface for the external thrid party and provide data and information integrity and security assurance. The service interface is mainly to meet the voice call control, IM control, batch user information process, user statment management and other functions for third party customers. And the security design provided good security gurarantees for the comunication between thrid party clients and the Unified Communications System.Firstly, author studyed the key technologies in Web Service, and according to functional needs of external third party clients, author finished the design of Web service interface. This interface mainly achieved the functional ivoke needs, such as call/IM control, batch user information process, user statement management. Secondly, the author did research on the structure of XML messages. According to the batch user operation, fuzzy query, pagination needs, author extended the XML messages, made the expanded XML message can be used in operations of adding, deleting or changing for multiple users and could carry users' information for fzzy query as query parameters. Meanwhile it can be used as error SOAP message too. Thirdly, the author did research on two security technologies and chose a security measure to establish a secure information channel. The information channel can make sure the system's integrity and security of information.Ultimately, the expansion of functional design of third party client was achieved. Through the design and implementation, the interoperability between third-party clients and unified communications system and the user mode of Single operation in the original system are solved. The security of third party client and the orginal system can be enusred. The function of user statement management and the fuzzy query for user information were added too.
