The paper has mainly theoretical studied Laser active imaging and method of Image Processing. It has focus on studying a new image QA method that does not require a reference image to determine the quality of the images. It is a method that based on the index evaluation of the anisotropy of Renyi Entropy. By conducting laser active imaging experiment in at night in the lab, we have actived the image of Laser active imaging. We have used wavelet domain denoising and blind deconvolution algorithm to process the image of laser active imaging, and achieved an effect of eliminating high-frequency noise and blurring. From the subjective evaluation of the human eye view, the image after processed has significantly lower noise, improved details of the contrast and better clarity. The main innovation of this paper is that we have determined the quality of the image by the anisotropy of Renyi Entropy without requiring the reference image. It has shows that the evaluation effect of this method comparatively match with the subjective feelings of human vision...
