For the need of improving the quality of laser processing, analyzing laser of single-wavelength induced damage on the K9 glass, which produced the avalanche ionization, multiphoton absorption ionization and the three theoretical models of avalanche ionization and multiphoton absorption ionization combination, mumerical simulation by matlab, at 532nm laser and 1064nm laser, respectively, on the K9 glass injury to study the relation of the conduction band electron density and laser peak power density. On the base of model of single-wavelength laser, On the condition of different ratio peak power density, the paper analyzes the combination of free electrons relationship between 1064nm and 532nm dual-wavelength laser-induced produced by K9 glass and 532nm laser Peak power densityOn the condition of fixed gross Peak power density of the laser, the results show that the free conduction band electron density which produced by combination of different proportions of dual-wavelength laser induced damage on the K9 glass is more than 1064nm single induced damage on the K9 glass, and less than 532nm single induced damage on the K9 alass.
