The organic thin-film transistor, made of organic materials, having the advantage of low-cost,flexibility and preparation of large-area,has shown a great potential to apply on the flat-panel display and become the most crucial step in developing flexible display.On the basis of sufficient theoretical knowledge, we carried out the research on P3HT organic thin-film transistor and prepared the P3HT organic thin-film transistors successfully in the way of solution spin-coating under different condition of solution concentration and active layer's film thickness. By atomic force microscope, we tested the film thickness and analyzed the influence of difference film thickness on the performance of P3HT thin-film transistor, laying the foundations for further experiments.At the same time, the paper also studied the influence of annealing on the devices, We greatly improved the performance of devices through annealing for one hour under the conditions of 160℃vacuum.
